Time to Renew! Whether you are joining for the first time or renewing, please use this form. Membership in WNBA runs from June 1st  to May 31st.

Please fill in ALL the information even if you are renewing. We’re creating a new Membership Directory.
The directory on the website features your bio, headshot and links to your website.
Your address, phone number and email are only for the membership chair and board members.

The membership period runs from June 1st - May 31st Please fill in this form. You can pay with a check or online. Both options are included in this form. If you do not have a photo or bio ready, you may send that later. Once you hit submit, if you are paying by check or paypal you will taken to the payment screen. Thank you for your support!

  • Please resize your photo before you upload it. Many of you are uploading photos that are 1000's of pixels. If this is a photo off your digital camera, it will be huge. Just right click the image and select properties to see the size of your images. If you do not have an image, you can send one later. Send to webmaster@wnba-sfchapter.org Many computers or websites have free resizing tools.
